Raised in Fort Collins, Daren Roberson is the builder who creates these comfortable and affordable one and two story residences that range from 2308-3244 square feet of living space. All homes are built with a full basement. The Sage team works closely with the home buyer to ensure that the customer’s desires and needs come first at every stage of the home-building process. Optional features usually reserved for the luxury market are available in Sage Homes: rounded corners, smooth top ranges, built-in microwaves, five-piece master baths, alder cabinets, hardwood floors, three-car garages, and designer detailing.
